Cassandria — Professional Terms

Status: CURRENT. These terms apply to the professional use of CassandrIA free services (Atlas Professional, Custom Dossier) and to quoted commercial engagements. We will notify users at least 30 days before any material change.

1. Who you are contracting with

CassandrIA is operated by Hendeka Orchestra, S.L., NIF B93853315, Calle Domingo J. Navarro 1, 2º, 35002 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, at cassandria.ai. Contact: info@cassandria.ai.

2. The service

Atlas Professional (free for everyone): access to descriptive country analytics — scores, bands, historical progressions and dossier data derived from public, licensed and proprietary processing layers. Content is descriptive and historical. It contains no forecasts, no probabilities, no recommendations.

Custom Dossiers are free for everyone and scoped through the intake form. Companies and sectors — including market desks, prediction markets and any commercial use of the data — work under a written quote (request a quote). Other professional services (Founding Observer, Forecast Due Diligence, pilots) are quote-only and governed by a separate written agreement; these terms do not create any entitlement to them.

3. No advice, no forecasts

Cassandria provides descriptive analytics only. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, political, security, legal or operational advice, and Cassandria does not recommend any action. No content is a forecast offered for sale. Any predictive research by PYTHIA Research Lab is a sealed public trial, separate from this product, and is not part of what you purchase.

You remain solely responsible for any decision you make. You agree not to represent Cassandria data as advice or as a prediction when using or citing it.

4. Licence and permitted use

• - Licence: non-exclusive, non-transferable, for your internal business use.
• - You may quote limited extracts internally and in client deliverables with attribution ("Source: Cassandria").
• - You may not: resell, redistribute or syndicate the data; build a competing dataset or product from it; remove confidence grades or disclaimers; use automated bulk extraction beyond documented API/export limits.
• - Some fields carry upstream source licences; where flagged, the stricter source restriction prevails (source-policy controlled export).

5. Data quality

Data, scores, bands and dossiers may contain errors, omissions, delays and later revisions. Every field carries a confidence grade and may be revised. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information either party shares in connection with the service (including your questions and intake details) is confidential. Your questions never enter our research registry without your explicit opt-in consent and de-identification; consent defaults to off.

7. Fees, billing, taxes

• - The public services are free for everyone: there is no subscription fee and no self-serve checkout.
• - Voluntary donations, when they open, are not a purchase of services and buy no extra access.
• - Commercial engagements are quoted in writing; prices in a quote are stated exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT/IGIC or equivalent) unless the quote says otherwise.
• - For quoted work you must provide accurate billing information, including a valid VAT/tax ID when purchasing as a business.

8. Refunds and cancellation

• - Free services involve no payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
• - Donations, once active, are refunded in full on request within 14 days, no questions asked, to info@cassandria.ai.
• - Quoted engagements follow the refund terms of their written agreement; where none are stated, the policy in /legal/refunds/ applies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• - Where you paid nothing, Cassandria's total aggregate liability arising from the free services is limited to the minimum amount permitted by mandatory law; for quoted engagements, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• - Cassandria is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the data.
• - Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including fraud or wilful misconduct, and non-waivable consumer rights where applicable).

10. Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Section 4, abuse, or where a request falls under our dual-use policy (see /legal/). Where we terminate a quoted engagement without your breach, we refund the unused period pro-rata.

11. Term and changes

These terms apply from first use. We may update them with 30 days' notice on this page; if you do not accept a material change to a quoted engagement, you may cancel it and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused period.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right to bring or defend proceedings in another competent court.
