// The laboratory · process onlyHow the forecasts are put on trial
Since July 2026 every forecast is sealed in an append-only ledger before its cutoff. Public grading of the sealed ledger is scheduled for 8 October 2026, following the procedure published in the Laboratory. Grading dates and procedure may be adjusted and are announced on this site; no outcome, score or product is promised. This page shows the process — never a value that history has not yet judged.
The only fields shown before resolution (Research Firewall FW-002). Forecast values — country target, direction, probability, ranking, alert — are withheld by construction.

When a cycle is published, its seal is a SHA-256 hash. To verify a document you were given against a published hash:
sha256sum cassandria_cycle_<id>.json
# compare the output to the published "hash" above — they must match, byte for byte.Reveals become content
From 8 October (and at every resolution) the reveals are published: what was sealed, what happened, and how it was graded — including the misses. Read them honestly in the Museum of Misses.
