Cassandria — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free services (Pulse, Atlas, Custom Dossier, Oracle)

CassandrIA is free for everyone. There is no subscription, no self-serve checkout and nothing to cancel. Where no payment exists, there is nothing to refund.

2. Voluntary donations (when they open)

• Donations of 1 €, 11 €, 111 € or a free amount are voluntary: they buy no extra access, no priority and no influence on content.
• Donations are not active yet; this page will be updated when they open.
• Once active: full refund on request within 14 days, no questions asked → info@cassandria.ai.

3. Quoted engagements (companies, sectors, pilots)

Commercial use — including market desks, prediction markets and any business use of the data — works under a written quote. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the individual written agreement; where the agreement is silent, the principles of this policy apply (correction first, then price reduction or refund for material non-conformity).

4. EU/EEA consumer rights

• Where a consumer purchase exists, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies and is never limited by this policy.
• To withdraw: email "withdrawal" within 14 days; refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Contact us first — legitimate refunds are settled directly. Fraudulent chargebacks lead to suspension; genuine consumer rights are never treated as fraud.
